I have been a patient here for about 6 years and overall l have found them to be excellent. Like most people we all have our favourite Doctors and we cannot always get to see who we want to. Some Doctors are more friendly than others but the way l look at it if you are not feeling well l don't really care who l see. The only small criticism l have, and this is not just Doctors, it would be nice if they looked at you more than their computer when they are dealing with you. Overall l am more than happy with the Surgery

i went into the surgery to make a none urgent appointment with dr Jay, at 11.45 and i was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment that afternoon. dr jay listened to me and asked about my bloated stomach, he made an appointment at southend hospital, for a sonic scan of my gut area. i am more than satisfied with everyone even the cleaners at the surgey

I was disapponted that the Doctor showed complete disregard for my concerns and symptoms. Telling me to discuss them with my consultant at hospital. My appointment with consultant is in March. the receptionists are helpful when helping to arrange appointments, but I visited today because I need repeat prescriptions and a sick note. I needed help because I haven't done it before, and I was extremely breathless from walking there from the car park. There were two of them there. They displayed an attitude almost of contempt. I felt embarrassed and anxious and was shown no consideration. A horrible experience.

My family always receives great care from this surgery, the staff are polite and are always very helpful I would recommend this surgery

I will be changing surgery asap. My baby has been misdiagnosed twice, the last time she ended up in hospital the same day! The past week they have given me the wrong prescription twice despite writing it down for them, they won't even correct it there and then, you have to wait another 24 hours! Disgusting!! Do not use this surgery
